Referral & Payout Terms

Journiez’s referral programme rewards eligible referrals under the rules below and the referral details shown in your account.

Commission eligibility

The current programme offers 9% recurring commission only on an eligible referred account’s successfully paid subscription charges and renewals. Attendees and organizers may refer either attendees or organizers. There is no referral bonus just for a free signup or for receiving a Founding Pass, and event registration or direct payment to an event organizer does not generate commission. A referrer with an active paid subscription or Founding Pass may earn commission when a referred account makes an eligible paid subscription payment or renewal. A Founding Pass meets the referrer-eligibility rule during its three months but has no cash value itself. If the pass or paid subscription expires, commission accrual pauses and may resume when the referrer again has active access. Referral activity must be genuine; self-referrals, fake accounts, abuse, or attempts to manipulate tracking are not eligible.

Balance and payout

A payout may be requested once your payable balance reaches ₹200. Canceling or allowing your subscription to expire does not forfeit eligible commissions already accrued, and an active subscription is not required to withdraw them. After reaching ₹200, you may request any payout amount up to your available eligible balance, provided your account is verified, a valid UPI ID is saved, and RazorpayX payouts are available. Allow 7–10 working days from your request for payout completion. Automated RazorpayX payouts may arrive sooner; exact credit timing depends on RazorpayX and the recipient bank. Requests are scheduled after a 12-hour hold, with automated submission targeted within 48 hours. Journiez marks a payout paid only after RazorpayX confirms its processed status. Payouts are made to the verified UPI ID saved in your account; bank account details are not required for this payout flow. Journiez may ask you to verify payout details or identity where reasonably needed to prevent fraud or comply with law.

Timing, reversals and taxes

We review payout requests and may hold or adjust amounts affected by a refund, chargeback, reversed subscription, invalid referral, duplicate account, or suspected fraud. We will show the request status in your account where available. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from referral earnings; Journiez may withhold or report amounts where required by law.
