Subscriptions & Payments Policy

Journiez subscriptions

The current monthly prices are ₹99 for an Attendee plan and ₹299 for an Organizer plan. The checkout screen is the final source for the amount, billing interval, taxes (if applicable), renewal terms, and features included in a plan. When the founding offer is active, the first 500 newly created attendee accounts and first 100 newly created organizer accounts after the offer starts may receive a complimentary three-month Founding Pass if they verify email while the offer is open and capacity remains. Each pass begins after email verification and lasts three months. It does not renew automatically; paid subscription is required to continue access after it expires.

An active Attendee plan or Founding Pass is required to register for events. An active Organizer plan or Founding Pass is required to publish events. Profile discovery, follow requests, chat and referral-link access require a paid subscription or Founding Pass. Public event browsing may be available without a paid plan; account features and access are subject to the current product flow.

Subscription payments are processed through Razorpay. Journiez receives payment status and transaction references needed to activate and support the subscription; payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. Never share a card security code, UPI PIN, banking password, or payment OTP with Journiez support.

Renewal and cancellation

If checkout presents an automatic renewal or recurring payment, the amount and schedule will be shown before you authorize it. You can cancel future renewal through the available account or payment-provider controls. Cancellation stops future renewal; access remains available until the already-paid period ends, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refund requests

Contact connect@journiez.com with the account email and payment reference for duplicate, failed, or incorrectly charged subscription payments. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where available. Refund eligibility is assessed under applicable law and the facts of the transaction; this policy does not remove any statutory rights.

Event payments are separate

Event registration payments are paid directly to the event organizer, not to Journiez. Journiez does not operate an escrow or hold event ticket funds. The organizer confirms the attendee’s submitted transaction reference and handles event-payment refunds under the event’s stated terms and applicable law. See Event Cancellations & Refunds.

Payment problems

For a subscription issue, contact Journiez with the transaction reference. For an event payment, contact the organizer using the event details and include only the transaction reference needed for verification. Do not send full card numbers, OTPs, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
